Field Service Engineer (Homelift Engineer)
Location: Watford
Salary range: £29,416 - per annum + Overtime + Call Out Allowance + Company Bonus Scheme + Company Vehicle

In this field-based engineering role, one day you could be installing a new Stiltz homelift, and the next helping a customer get back up and running.
You’ll work independently in the field, travelling across the East of England region, while being fully supported by a collaborative engineering team that’s committed to your development and success. This is a great opportunity to build your technical skills and grow your long-term career in engineering.

What you will do:
- Install our award-winning Stiltz Homelifts in customer homes
- Service, maintain and repair homelifts
- Diagnose faults and solve technical problems
- Respond to occasional breakdown call-outs
- Manage your van stock, tools and equipment
- Deliver a great customer experience every day
What we are looking for:
We’re looking for people who are reliable, motivated, and eager to learn. A strong work ethic and a practical, hands-on approach are important, along with a willingness to develop your skills through full training and support.
You'll also need:
- Full UK driving license - essential, as company vehicle provided
- Good communication skills
- Confidence working independently
- Flexibility to travel across the region (with occasional overnight stays)
A technical qualification is beneficial but not essential. If you have relevant hands-on experience or transferable technical skills, we’d love to hear from you.
