Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer

Salary: £33,500 - £34,000 basic + Full OEM Training + Job Stability + Work-Life Balance + Job Satisfaction + Door-to-Door Pay + Company Van (personal use) + Fuel Card + Pension + Holiday Entitlement + Optional Overtime + Monday–Friday role (no weekends) + 37.5-hour week + Flexibility

  • Town/City: Romford, commutable to: Ilford, Chelmsford

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full OEM manufacturer training
  • Servicing, repairing, and maintaining mobility/accessibility equipment
  • Diagnosis of mechanical & electrical faults
  • Area coverage: Romford and local area
  • Deliver excellent customer service representing the company

Requirements

✅ Experience in electro-mechanical service (equipment examples include):

  • Accessibility equipment
  • Lifting equipment
  • White goods (appliances)
  • Medical devices
  • Vending machines
  • ATMs

✅ Full UK driving licence

✅ Live commutable to: Romford, London (Ilford/ Chelmsford areas)

✅ Willingness to travel locally
