Field Service Engineer
Location: Doncaster area (covering DN12, DN3, DN4, DN9)

The Role
We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to maintain, diagnose, and repair Linde material handling equipment, including:
- Pallet trucks
- Internal combustion (IC) trucks
- Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) trucks
- Automated trucks
- Powered access equipment
Key Responsibilities
- Fault diagnosis and rectification of forklifts and related material handling equipment at customer sites
- Preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and longevity
- Covering the Doncaster area (DN12, DN3, DN4, DN9) without geographical restrictions
- Working with a range of vehicle types from small pallet trucks to advanced automated solutions

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
✔ Machine/vehicle technicians or mechanical engineers with experience in:
- Forklift repair
- Plant fitting/technology
- Heavy equipment (tractors, agricultural machinery, industrial cleaners)
- Minimum 1 technical discipline: Mechanical, Electrical, or Hydraulics ✔ NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory ✔ ITC electronically literate for order processing and record-keeping ✔ Full UK driving licence (required for all travel)

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail in precision repairs
- Self-motivated, positive attitude
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
