The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, You Will
- Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Socomec’s electrical and power systems, including UPS, energy storage, and critical power solutions
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Collaborate with clients to provide tailored solutions that meet their specific needs
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards while exceeding performance benchmarks
What We’re Looking For
- A strong background in electrical or electronic engineering
- Engineering education in Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in field service, critical power, or data centre environments
- Hands-on expertise in UPS systems, power electronics, or similar technologies
- A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and customer service skills
- A valid driver’s license
