The Role

As a Field Service Engineer, You Will

  • Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Socomec’s electrical and power systems, including UPS, energy storage, and critical power solutions
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with clients to provide tailored solutions that meet their specific needs
  • Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards while exceeding performance benchmarks

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong background in electrical or electronic engineering
  • Engineering education in Electrical Engineering
  • Proven experience in field service, critical power, or data centre environments
  • Hands-on expertise in UPS systems, power electronics, or similar technologies
  • A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A valid driver’s license
