Field Service Engineer
Salary: £35,124 – £39,807 (dependent on experience)

About the Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll:
- Visit customers in their homes across Hereford and the surrounding areas
- Diagnose and repair appliance issues to restore functionality
- Manage your schedule, keep customers and colleagues updated, and maintain stock in your van
- Upsell our product range and enjoy bonus incentives
- Offer top-tier customer service with a solution-focused mindset
Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site repairs of home appliances safely and efficiently
- Ensure daily vehicle stock management and reporting progress to your team
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to provide a seamless experience
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-stocked work van
- Champion our brands—Candy, Hoover, and Haier—to deliver the best possible outcomes
Ideal Candidate
- A full, valid driving licence (essential)
- Organisational skills to multitask between appointments
- Strong communication abilities to build trust with customers
- Hands-on, technical aptitude for appliance repairs
- Self-motivation and a customer-first philosophy
- Preferably previous White Goods/Domestic Appliance engineering experience—but ambitious attitude counts more

Salary and Benefits
- Starting salary: £35,124 per annum (if no prior experience)
- Fast-track to: £39,807 per annum after training and meeting requirements (minimum 6 months recent White Goods Engineering experience required to start at the higher salary)
- Enhanced earnings: Bonus potential of up to £2,500 per year

- Ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy objects
- Work in restricted spaces and swiftly engage hand dexterity
