Covering the North of London area from Bishops Stortford across to Dunstable in the north down to Watford and Loughton in the south, ideal candidates will live in and around this area.

Key Responsibilities
As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our team, ensuring the maintenance and repair of our machines are completed to our high standards.
- Carrying out essential maintenance and servicing to our hire machinery on-site with customers
- Offering breakdown resolutions and an effective repair service
- Troubleshooting and resolving any technical/mechanical issue during site visits
- Collaborating with the wider operations teams to identify opportunities for improvements to our service
- Maintaining accurate documentation of all repairs, services, and customer interactions
You will also serve as the frontline representative for our customers, ensuring exceptional service and fostering lasting customer connections.

What We're Looking For
- Experience of repairing and servicing plant equipment which includes Telehandlers
- A recognised mechanical qualification in mechanical plant or agricultural engineering
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
- A valid driving licence
