Job Introduction

Look no further! Working on our range of Telehandlers, UK Forks are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our team, ensuring the maintenance and repair of our machines are completed to our high standards. You will also serve as the frontline representative for our customers, ensuring exceptional service and fostering lasting customer connections.

  • Carry out essential maintenance and servicing to our hire machinery on-site with customers
  • Offer breakdown resolutions and an effective repair service
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical/mechanical issue during site visits
  • Collaborating with the wider operations teams to identify opportunities for improvements to our service
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of all repairs, services, and customer interactions

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience of repairing and servicing plant equipment including Telehandlers – Essential
  • A recognised mechanical qualification in mechanical plant or agricultural engineering – Desirable
  • A practical problem solver, using initiative where necessary
  • A competent communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as and when required
  • Well organised with experience of managing time effectively
  • A valid driving licence
