Your role
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team, supporting industry-leading process cooling equipment across the South. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers’ systems operate reliably, efficiently, and safely, while delivering an outstanding service experience.
This is a field-based position with regular travel to customer sites, offering variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with advanced technologies across a range of industries.
- Carrying out routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on process cooling equipment
- Diagnosing and resolving faults, particularly relating to chiller performance
- Installing, commissioning, and starting up new equipment
- Completing accurate service reports and maintaining detailed documentation
- Supporting customers with clear communication and technical advice
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and F-Gas regulations
- Promoting safe working practices and using appropriate PPE
- Keeping up to date with refrigeration systems, controls, and automation
- Collaborating with colleagues and sharing knowledge across the team
- Supporting occasional overtime or emergency call-outs when required

To succeed, you will need
We recognise that great candidates don’t always meet every requirement, so if you have relevant experience and a willingness to learn, we’d still love to hear from you.
- Experience in a mechanical or electrical service role
- A qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Background in refrigeration and thermal systems
- Understanding of chillers, including pumps and heat exchangers
- Experience working within an F-Gas regulated environment (or willingness to obtain certification)
- Full driving licence (UK or international within 12 months)
- Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
