Hours: Full time – average of 40 hours per week across various shifts, to include some weekends
Transport: This role comes with a Company vehicle, a fuel card, serviced and MOT included and can be used for personal use.
We have an exciting full time / permanent opportunity within Inspired Gaming for a Field Service Engineer. Inspired Gaming offers an expanding portfolio of content, technology, hardware and services for regulated gaming, betting, lottery, social and leisure operators across land-based and mobile channels around the world.
What You’ll Do
Your role will be to repair, service and troubleshoot on all types of gaming terminals in Licensed Betting Offices, Pubs, Motorway Services and Adult Gaming Centres, delivering top-notch service while tackling a variety of tasks:
- Ensure that at all times the response to service calls are within the SLA targets as laid down by the company/customer.
- Carry out machine installations, changes and removals along with pre-wiring as and when required.
- Control and replace parts in accordance with laid down procedures.
- Ensure that all administration documentation is completed and submitted in accordance with company procedures in a timely manner.
- Ensure all company assets are safeguarded in accordance with company procedures.
- Comply at all times with the Health and Safety at Work Policy.
- Carry out Portable Appliance Tests, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Projects ensuring that the necessary documentation is completed.

No two days are the same in this job! One day, you could be servicing our flagship gaming terminal and the next, you’re troubleshooting issues found on a pool table. You’ll enjoy the freedom of being on the road, as well as meeting customers at various venues – so the best of both worlds!
Experience is a bonus, however if you do not have experience, that’s not a problem. We’ll fully train and support you every step of the way through a detailed onboarding programme when you join.

There are only two things that are deal-breakers for us. You’ll need:
- A full UK manual driving licence.
