At Premier Tech Systems and Automation, we enhance our clients’ manufacturing facility efficiency by integrating innovative and high-value systems leveraging the full potential of robotics. We are among the largest conditioning, handling, and packaging automated equipment suppliers in the world — whether for nutrition, agriculture, organics or industrial products.

The Role

As a field service engineer you are responsible for service, maintenance, retrofits and training of our machines in the customer’s locations. Due to our varied customer base, you are on the road frequently. In between, it is possible to work from home. You solve technical problems and issues independently and you are the face of Premier Tech with our customers.

This Is What You Will Do

  • Perform tests to verify the proper functioning of equipment
  • Train customers to use their equipment
  • Ensure a follow-up of the service to be performed on the equipment
  • Carry out preventive maintenance work on the equipment
  • Install new retrofits to optimize existing machines
  • Diagnose and solve customer problems
  • Recommend customer maintenance plans, parts or other adjustments
  • Occasionally participate in the installation of automated equipment with engineering teams and international customer services in America and Asia

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
