An exciting opportunity has arisen, and we are looking for a new colleague to join our expanding field service team and help us look after our growing estate of photobooths, photo printing, and key-cutting machines. You will be responsible for routine service, preventive maintenance scheduling, and merchandising for a designated area of machines. Full training and a company vehicle will be provided
Field Service Engineer- Full Time
45 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days
Salary: £29,952 per annum + bonus scheme
Location: Doncaster, UK
We are looking for a new colleague based within 10 or so miles of the area, but you will travel around the surrounding areas to service machines.
We pride ourselves on amazing our customers and our colleagues. You would enjoy multitasking and using your initiative to ensure all of our photobooths, photo printing kiosks and key machines are up and running and look great, to ensure we turn first-time customers into customers for life.
The job is more than a field service engineer, and for the right person, the role will be really rewarding and enjoyable. Our business encourages a fun and buzzy atmosphere, with energy and motivation being key.

If you have a full driving license, are self-motivated, bonus hungry, keen to learn new skills and take pride in your personal standards, you are the perfect person to join our team.
You will be required to work 45 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days.
Starting basic salary of £29,952. Once probation is complete, you will enjoy an uncapped monthly bonus, often in the region of £400 per month.

Key Responsibilities
To replenish and restock our machines To carry out preventative service visits within a pre-determined territory To complete site surveys for new machine installations To clean machines to make sure they are in amazing condition for our customers To carry out cash removals and deposits To complete repairs as part of an ongoing maintenance program To be responsible and manage stock both on-site and in vehicles To provide support or holiday cover to field engineers in other territories To establish a great working relationship with the colleagues of our concession partners To be kind and helpful to all colleagues and customers To be smart in appearance, wear the correct name badge and uniform and to always leave a machine in a better condition than when you found it
