Field Service Engineer (Electrical)
Southampton
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (OTE £60k-£75k) + Training + Overtime + Call Out + Progression + Company Van + D2D pay
Are you an Field Service Engineer holding your 2391, looking to step into a role with a leading global provider of medical devices offering specialist industry training on Medical Equipment with D2D pay and lots of overtime available to significantly boost your income?
This family-owned company founded over 70 years ago has provided high-quality mobile, hybrid, and relocatable medical accommodations. Following its continuing growth, they have opened a new branch in the South of England to expand their network and are looking for an Electrical Engineer to kickstart the team.
In this role you will gain specialist training on medical equipment with the number 1 mobile partner for the NHS. Completing routine maintenance and servicing medical machines within these mobile accommodations, this role will see you covering mainly the South of England however nationwide travel may be needed. Work will be planned 2 weeks in advance however reactive maintenance is expected.

This role would suit an Electrical Engineer with their 2391 and 18th edition looking to upskill into the medical industry with a company offering extensive training and progression within their new branch.
The Role:
- Carry out routine electrical maintenance, inspections, testing and repairs on equipment
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults
- Travel nationwide to NHS and private healthcare sites
- 1 in 4 on call out (£200 a week on call and 1.5x pay for call out)
- D2D pay and 1.5x overtime pay
- Monday-Friday 8:30am-17pm
The Person:
- 2391 City & Guilds and 18th edition
- Electrical Engineer
- Willing to commute mainly South of England and occasionally Nationwide
