Field Service Engineer – EV Charging (South East Region)

About the Role
Actemium E-Mobility is expanding, and we are recruiting a skilled Electrical Field Service Engineer to join our South East team.
You’ll take a key role in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of EV charging infrastructure across commercial and public sites. This practical, customer-facing position ensures charge points remain safe, compliant, and fully operational, helping sustain the UK’s charging network.
Key Responsibilities
- Commissioning, servicing, and repairing AC and DC EV charge points
- Diagnosing electrical and technical faults efficiently
- Completing accurate digital service reports
- Conducting inspections, preventative maintenance, and compliance tests
- Adhering to wiring regulations and all safety procedures
- Building strong customer relationships through on-site engagement
- Supporting emergency callouts as required (extra pay applies)

What We Need from You
- ECS Gold Card (mandatory)
- Proven electrical maintenance and testing experience
- Experience with EV chargers (training available if required)
- Strong professional communication and customer service skills
- Highly accountable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
- Full valid UK driving licence
