You may think that a Field Service Engineer sounds technical, and in part, it is - but this role is so much more than that. It’s about connecting people with what matters most.
You’ll be out and about, travelling to different locations and meeting new people every day. If you want to make a real difference, this is it.
No two days are the same. One day, you could be installing cutting-edge broadband in a customer’s home; the next, you’re troubleshooting an issue and helping someone get back online and making their day. You’ll enjoy the freedom of working outside and get to experience real job progression. And the best part? You’ll only be working 4 days out of 7 each week.
No experience? No problem. We’ll fully train and support you every step of the way through a detailed onboarding stage when you join. You’ll also have a dedicated mentor who will join you on the journey to provide you with ongoing guidance.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the friendly face of our brand, delivering top-notch service while tackling a variety of tasks:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
