The Opportunity As we continue to expand and build our national engineering base, the lookout for a Field Service Engineer who’s hands-on, people-savvy, and ready to tackle real-world tech challenges across our ATM network. Whether you're experienced with ATMs or skilled in electro-mechanical repair, if you’re a sharp problem solving, solution finding, a master on the tools and great with customers, this role could be the perfect fit. Medicash private healthcare & wellness benefits Salary sacrifice pension scheme for higher take-home pay Life insurance – 4 x salary cover Company Sickness Policy (CSP) Group Income Protection Scheme – subject to qualifying criteria Strong career growth opportunities in a growing business What You'll Do · Perform second-line break-fix and preventive maintenance on our range of ATMs, including Triton, Wincor, and NCR machines. · Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues to fit with their service requirements and enable on time in full machine provision. · Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers and stakeholders are treated with respect and professionalism · Accurately document all service transactions and keep detailed records of any repairs or replacements performed · Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development · Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all repairs and replacements meet company standards What You’ll Need Field Service Engineering experience with electro-mechanical systems ATM experience is ideal but not essential A drive to deliver on your daily calls, and fix things right first time. A valid UK driving licence (max 6 active points) A methodical, problem-solving mindset Clear, confident communication & customer service skills Willingness to travel and work weekends/holidays on rotation No live or spent , IVAs, or bankruptcies in the last 10 years If this sounds exciting to you, apply today if you think you have what it takes to be part of our dedicated global team.
