Exciting Opportunity: Field Service Engineer, Medical X-Ray Systems

Overview

  • Basic Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 (depending on experience)
  • On Target Earnings: up to £70,000
  • Car Allowance: £7,000
  • Overtime: available

The Role

Field Service Engineer, Medical X-Ray Systems

A leading company in sophisticated medical imaging systems is seeking experienced Field Service Engineers to support the service, repair, and maintenance of their advanced x-ray systems. This role offers first-class opportunities for career development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ** customer-focused service** for their medical imaging systems
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on advanced x-ray systems
  • Ensure all systems operate to the highest standards and compliance

Your Background – Qualifications & Experience

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate:

  • erstwhile experience working in field service or technical support within the medical imaging environment
  • Extensive hands-on experience in repairing x-ray medical imaging systems
  • A qualification of at least an ONC (Ordinary National Certificate) or HNC (Higher National Certificate) or above in:
    • Electronics or
    • Another relevant technical discipline
  • Impeccable customer service skills with a confident, professional, and polished approach in customer-facing environments
