Salary & Benefits Package

  • Basic Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)
  • On Target Earnings (OTE): £70,000
  • Car Allowance: £7,000
  • Overtime: Available
  • Excellent Benefits Package
  • Travel Benefits: Full expensing of train and underground travel when applicable

About the Role

Job Title: Field Service Engineer – Medical X-Ray Systems

About You – Key Requirements

You must demonstrate:

✅ Technical Experience:

  • Proven experience in a field service or technical support role within medical imaging—specialising in x-ray systems or related high-tech healthcare equipment
  • Extensive hands-on training in repairing, configuring, and troubleshooting medical x-ray systems across all modalities

✅ Qualifications:

  • A qualification minimum of ONC, HNC or above in electronics or a related technical discipline

✅ Soft Skills & Customer Focus:

  • An impeccable professional presence with strong immunity in customer-facing environments
  • Proactive, dependable attitude with technical problem-solving skills to diagnose mechanical, electrical and diagnostic issues
