To help deliver our ongoing customer focus, and contribute to our growth plans, Irizar UK is recruiting for a Field Service Engineer for the Midlands & West.
It's unlikely you'll have a typical day, but you can expect to be visiting Customer daily, taking ownership of issues, and delivering resolutions.
This will cover Warranty repairs, retail jobs, and general Customer support and guidance. At Irizar we pride ourselves on supporting our customers through the life of owning an Irizar, this role is key to delivering that Customer promise. We are looking for:

- Coach & bus industry experience
- Detailed technical knowledge of PCVs - mechanical, electrical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent Customer skills - you'll be visiting our Customers most days, so you'll need to be an Irizar ambassador
- Self-starter, happy to work alone remotely from the office, whilst keeping in contact
- Flexibility on working hours, occasional out-of-hours work may be required, and overnight stays and travel across a large region.
