Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience)
- On-Target Earnings: £80,000
- Car Allowance: £7,000
- Overtime: £10,000 – £15,000

Requirements
Must demonstrate the following within your CV:
- A technical background in field service, technical support or maintenance environments—ideally within medical imaging.
- Extensive experience in repairing and maintaining MRI medical imaging systems.
- Qualification to a minimum of ONC or HNC level (or equivalent) in electronics or another relevant technical discipline.
- Excellent customer service skills with a confident, professional demeanour when working with customers.

Additional Qualities:
- Strong customer relationship management—dealing with clinical stakeholders, engineers, project managers, and IT staff.
- Capable of responding quickly to customer or client service issues.
