Description
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented ATM Service Engineer to join our dedicated operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting services for our customers. If you have a passion for electronics, a knack for problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Perform second-line break-fix and preventive maintenance on our range of ATMs, including Triton, Wincor, and NCR machines.
- Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism.
- Accurately document all service transactions and keep detailed records of any repairs or replacements performed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all repairs and replacements meet company standards.

Requirements
- Experience in Field Service Engineering with experience on ATMs being desirable.
- Valid UK driver's license with no more than 6 active points at the time of hire.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work well independently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
- No live CCJs, IVAs, or bankruptcy declarations.
