Responsibilities
- Calibration/validation of electronic instrumentation to maintain functionality and accuracy.
- Servicing both Keysight and non-Keysight products.
- Work is performed at a customer location.
- Performing routine tasks, using prescribed procedures and technical duties that may require the use of judgment.
- Solving a broad range of technical problems of varying scope and complexity.
- Understanding customers’ requirements through face-to-face and written communication.
- Travel to customer sites >75% performing calibrations (On-site).
Qualifications
- Education and technical knowledge within the sector and role.
- Relevant experience in calibration of Test & Measurement equipment (focus on RF/MW).
- Certifications as an electronic/electrical technician.
- IT knowledge (Windows, Office).
- Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Confident at answering customer questions.
- Ability to recognize and anticipate problems and search proactively for solutions.
- Ability to work independently and proactive attitude.
- Ability to obtain UK security clearance.
- Full clean driving license.
