Location - Field Based covering our clubs in Morecambe, Blackburn, Burnley, Stockport and Ashton
Salary: £31,019.58 per annum with £2,600 on call allowance
Hours: Full-time, including evenings, weekends & on-call rota

What You’ll Be Doing
- Install & configure slot machines and IT hardware in our clubs
- Diagnose & repair electrical, mechanical, and software issues
- Respond to service calls and support club teams with technical guidance
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep machines running smoothly
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and safety standards
- Document your work - from service logs to inventory tracking
- Collaborate with IT, engineering, and support teams to resolve complex issues
- Build relationships with club staff and management through reliable, professional service

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the gaming or casino industry
- Strong knowledge of slot machine operations and IT hardware
- Skilled in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and software issues
- Excellent communication and a customer-first mindset
- Analytical thinker with a systematic approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with gaming regulations and security protocols (a plus!)
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours and be part of an on-call rota
- A valid UK driver’s license (max 3 points) and willingness to travel
