Field Service Engineer
We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our Commercial Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medical devices at customer sites. You will provide high-quality technical support, maintain accurate service records, and build strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, service, and repair medical devices at customer sites.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment faults efficiently.
- Respond promptly to customer service requests via phone, email, and on-site visits.
- Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance logs, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service activities and resolve technical issues.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree, HNC, or equivalent technical qualification/experience.
- Minimum of 3 years' field service experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently, travel regularly, and provide support outside normal business hours when required.
