To support our customer base in South England, we are looking for a driven and hands-on Field Service Engineer based to join our team. Job Description As a Field Service Engineer, you will be at the forefront of innovation—working hands-on with manufacture sensor-based sorting technologies and making a real difference every day.

Your Impact Installing, commissioning, maintenance and repair of sensor-based sorters in TOMRA’s Recycling install base Delivering exceptional customer experiences through top class communication and support using various mediums Optimizing of the sorting systems / process Identifying opportunities to add value to our customers businesses through the introduction of complementary TOMRA products, solutions and services Act as a conduit between our customer base and HQ by providing in market feedback so that we continuously look for opportunities to further delight our customers Qualifications Your Profile Apprenticeship in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (ONC/HNC or equivalent preferred) Strong problem-solving mindset with good technical understanding (mechanical, electrical and software) Comfortable working with software, systems, and diagnostics tools Customer-focused with excellent communication skills Valid UK driving license Experience in recycling or industrial processing is a plus Ideally, you are located within a 60-mile radius of London to ensure efficient regional coverage Additional Information What we offer Competitive salary and bonus scheme Private pension Flexible working arrangements Invitation to company events 25 days holiday plus public holidays Death in service/Life Assurance benefit Private medical insurance with optical and dental benefits Electric company car Laptop, mobiles phone and all tools provided Coaching (IDP – Individual Development Program) Interested?
