Location: Birmingham
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Overtime + Door-to-Door Payment + Van + Fuel Card + Training + Progression
Do you have a background in the water industry looking for a new role with a growing business that will provide continuous training to build on existing skills and develop your career in a role where you will benefit from door-to-door payment and access to regular overtime?
This company specialises in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of water treatment and purification systems for blue-chip clients UK-wide. They are currently going through a period of expansion, taking on exciting new contracts and growing the team.
The Role
In this field-based role, you will:
- Cover a local patch, performing installations, servicing, and repairs.
- Focus primarily on commercial and industrial filtration systems, with planned work as the main activity.
- Offer occasional reactive overtime for unscheduled maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience with: ✔ Water purification ✔ Filtration systems ✔ Pumps & pump engineering ✔ Hygiene systems ✔ Water treatment (reverse osmosis, de/ionisation systems)
Responsibilities include:
- Installing, servicing, and maintaining filtration systems
- Planned maintenance plans
- Work across a defined local patch (near Birmingham area)
The Person
- Background in the water industry (British favour preferred)
- Full UK driving license required due to the role being highly mobile
- Must be local to Birmingham area (see coverage below)
- Experience across filtration, pumping, or related engineering fields
