About the Role

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading supplier of crushing, screening, and recycling equipment. Our client is a well-established organisation that provides high-quality machinery, servicing, and technical support to customers across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Field Service Engineer to join their team in Oxfordshire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service, maintain, diagnose, and repair crushing, screening, and recycling equipment at customer sites.
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs.
  • Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults efficiently.
  • Complete all work safely and in accordance with company procedures.
  • Accurately complete service reports and job documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while providing a professional service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working on crushing, screening, or recycling equipment.
  • Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical fault-finding skills.
  • Experience working with a variety of OEM machinery is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.

What’s on Offer

  • Competitive hourly rate of £22.00–£23.00 per hour.
  • Door-to-door pay.
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x the standard hourly rate.
  • Saturdays: 1.5x until 12:00 pm, then 2x after 12:00 pm.
  • Sundays: Double time (2x).
  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • Ongoing training provided.
