Location: Field-Based (Chester/Wrexham)
Salary: £36,419 starting + Up to £1,000 onboarding bonus + Performance Bonuses

The Opportunity
We are expanding our national engineering team, seeking a field service engineer who is:
- Hands-on with troubleshooting and repairs
- People-focused with excellent customer service skills
- Skilled in electro-mechanical repair or ATM maintenance (preferred but not essential)
- Passionate about solving real-world technical challenges

What You’ll Do
- Perform second-line break-fix and preventive maintenance on Triton, Wincor, and NCR ATMs
- Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues quickly
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all stakeholders receive respectful, professional support
- Accurately document all service transactions and repair records
- Stay updated with latest product knowledge through training and development
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure repairs meet company standards
What You’ll Need
✔ Field Service Engineering experience (preferably with electro-mechanical systems) ✔ ATM experience is ideal but not essential ✔ Driving licence (UK, max 6 points) ✔ Problem-solving mindset with a first-time-right approach ✔ Clear communication & customer service skills ✔ Willingness to travel and work weekends/holidays on rotation ❌ No live/spent IIVs or bankruptcies in the last 10 years
