Type: Full-time, salaried position Work Location: Remote, within commuting distance of Birmingham. Salary Range: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum Licence/Certification: Full, valid UK driving licence (required)

What We Are Looking For We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field Service Manager to support our expanding operations throughout the UK. This role will oversee store installations, manage contractors and internal teams, maintain our Service Level Agreements and ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience in field service management, and the ability to optimise efficiency while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all store installations, ensuring all installations are delivered on time and within budget. Manage all maintenance Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within the responsible regions. Ensure all projects and store renovations are completed on time and within budget and communicate project updates to internal stakeholders and external customers. Manage and support Team Leads, ensuring teams are properly staffed and trained. Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions within the responsible regions. Provide ongoing training and professional development for team members. Manage the performance of team members and implement the disciplinary procedure as required. Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Work with external third party contractors to coordinate additional labour requirements and provide feedback on performance of external workers. Conduct site visits to verify work quality and compliance with company standards. Implement and enforce safety procedures and company policies for all field teams. Manage inventory for the responsible regions to ensure all installation teams and maintenance technicians have the required equipment. Travel to customer sites to complete installations and ongoing maintenance as per the company standards. Requirements Proven experience in field service management, installations, or a related industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to coordinate multiple projects and teams across various locations. Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organisational abilities. Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members. Must have a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driving license for site visits. Must have a working smartphone. Proficiency in basic reporting tools and Google Workspace. Ability to travel as needed to oversee installations.
