FIELD SERVICE PUMP ENGINEER

Job Title: Field Service Pump Engineer
Location: London and Home Counties
Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 depending on experience
Shift: Days

Job Role of the Field Service Pump Engineer

We are looking for a Field Service Pump Engineer with an electrical bias to join a growing service team working across London and the Home Counties. The role involves servicing, repairing, installing, and commissioning pumping stations and associated equipment on customer sites.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on pumps, pump controls, floats, ultrasonics, and associated electrical/mechanical systems. You will carry out planned maintenance, breakdown repairs, and installation work, while providing clear service reports via PDA/mobile device.

This is a field-based role working independently and as part of a team, including participation in an emergency call-out rota. Experience working with wastewater, grey water, or effluent systems is desirable, and confined space work may be required.

Sector – Field Service

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Field Service Pump Engineer:

  • Must have pump experience (2-3 years)
  • Full rights to work in the UK
  • UK driving license

Requirements for the Field Service Pump Engineer:

  • Multi-skilled with an electrical bias
  • Good electrical and mechanical skills
  • Previous experience working as a Field Service Engineer or engineers from the forces with pump experience
  • Electrical qualification

Desirable Requirements for the Field Service Pump Engineer:

  • Desirable to have an 18th Edition
  • Desirable to be apprentice trained
