Field Service Representative (BOXER MIV) – Critical Role
About the Role
As BOXER MIV enters service, we are seeking skilled and motivated Field Service Representatives to inspect, diagnose, and rectify issues while delivering support to the UK MOD. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing maintenance and advisory services for BOXER MIV vehicles, ensuring reliable, high-quality, and timely support to our military customers.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and diagnose BOXER MIV vehicles
- Conduct maintenance and rectification of mechanical/technical faults
- Provide advisory services to support operational efficiency
- Deliver timely, high-quality service to the UK MOD
- Follow established processes for vehicle maintenance and regulatory compliance

Requirements
Essential
- MOD/REME past experience working with UK military vehicles
- IOSH "Working Safely" qualification
- Ability to conduct risk assessments
- IT literate with familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
- Full UK driving licence (including categories C+E)
- Must hold a UK SC clearance (or be able to obtain one)
Desirable
- Class 1 vehicle mechanics qualification/industrial training
- Previous experience as a Field Service Representative
