We’re looking for a skilled Field Service Technician to deliver hands-on technical support, maintenance, and optimisation of automated warehouse systems. You’ll work with complex electrical, mechanical, and control technologies to ensure operational excellence across customer sites.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain, fault-find, and optimise automated systems (electrical, mechanical & control)
  • Provide software support and emergency response when needed
  • Support system ramp-ups and continuous improvement
  • Work closely with customers and senior stakeholders
  • Analyse system data and service reports to proactively reduce downtime

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in automation / industrial maintenance / commissioning (UK)
  • Strong electrical bias; automation, robotics, or electronics background
  • Siemens Step7 / TIA Portal experience
  • Comfortable working independently and on the road
  • Confident communicator able to represent engineering solutions on customer sites
