Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Are you a technically skilled professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Join our team as a Field Service Technician, where you will provide prompt, efficient, and effective field maintenance and calibration services to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing routine service and calibration of customer instruments to maximize uptime and ensure full compliance.
  • Strictly following all Mettler Toledo Quality and Health and Safety procedures to maintain safe and consistent work aligned with SOPs.
  • Successfully completing an annual calibration competency test for various pipettes to maintain ongoing expertise and compliance.
  • Accurately completing and submitting all necessary paperwork promptly.
  • Representing the company professionally and assisting customers in optimising their instrument performance.
  • Managing and maintaining stock levels of service items and spare parts.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Practical and technical background, preferably in a biochemistry-related environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical details for non-technical people.
  • Attention to detail with high standards of workmanship.
  • Willingness to travel daily to customer sites.
