Role Description
The Field Services Engineer is a full-time, role based in the North West. In this role, the engineer will travel to customer locations across the Mersey Region to diagnose faults, perform repairs, and carry out preventive maintenance on a variety of domestic appliances.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Providing on-site technical support
- Ensuring that all work is completed safely and to industry standards
- Documenting work performed
- Maintaining accurate service records
- Communicating clearly with customers
- Coordinating with the office team to manage parts
- Supporting continuous improvement of service processes

Qualifications
- White Goods diagnostic and repair experience, including on-site visits and independent work in customer environments.
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent customer service skills, including clear communication, professionalism, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Beneficial qualifications include System trained or Gas Safe
- Ability to manage time effectively, work with minimal supervision, and adapt to changing schedules and customer needs.
