We are currently recruiting for multiple positions across the UK. Preferred applicants should be based in, or within a reasonable commuting distance of:
- SW London: Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire, Oxfordshire
- NW London: Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire

On-Site Expertise
- Repair, commission, calibrate, and fault-find (to board level) state-of-the-art equipment.
Customer Training
- Educate clients on system functionality and maintenance.
Problem-Solving
- Diagnose technical issues and serve as a trusted advisor.
Collaboration
- Share field insights with internal teams to drive product innovation.
Documentation
- Maintain accurate service records and timely reports.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Degree, HND, or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Background in electronics, ideally within instrumentation or industrial environments.
- Skills: Logical mindset, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.
- License: A full UK driving licence (held for at least three years).
- Pluses: Previous field service experience or knowledge of gas/particulate monitors is advantageous.
