Field Services Engineer – Belfast

ICT Services is Ireland's leading field services company, with over 25+ years in business, a team of 70+ engineers, and trusted partnerships with Dell, Lenovo, and Cisco across the island. We're now hiring a Field Services Engineer in Belfast.
The Role
You'll be out on-site, carrying out:
- Hardware repairs
- Component replacements
- Client support in the greater Belfast area

Essential Requirements
- Comfortable working independently and representing the company on client sites
- Knowledgeable about IT hardware and ability to absorb technical processes quickly
- Clear, confident communicator
- Full clean driving licence
Desirable Qualifications
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications
- Previous experience with Dell or Lenovo hardware
