Field Service Engineer
Location: North West London
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per year
- Annual Bonus: Up to 15%
- Work Hours: Daytime (Monday – Friday)

Key Responsibilities
As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll support Industrial, Food Manufacturing, Breweries, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and NHS customers across areas such as Enfield, Watford, Wembley, Uxbridge, St Albans, Borehamwood, and Welwyn Garden City.

Your obligations include:
- Servicing, maintaining, and commissioning steam systems
- Fault finding and performing repairs at customer sites
- Providing technical advice and training to customers
- Completing assessment reports and documentation
- Ensuring strict adherence to health & safety standards
This dynamic role combines hands-on engineering, client interactions, and technical problem-solving—making it perfect for those who enjoy variety and challenge.
Training & Development
Extensive training is provided, with ample opportunities to learn from senior service engineers and leaders. This includes:
- Hands-on experience in steam systems and related products
- Funding for technical courses (e.g., safe isolation, electrical 101, and working at height)
- Regular product training sessions
- Mentorship and support for long-term career progression

Experience & Qualifications
The ideal candidate must be a mechanically or electrically qualified engineer. While experience in steam technology or boiler systems is advantageous, it’s not mandatory. Preferred industries include:
- Flow control
- Valves, actuators, pumps
- Instrumentation & automation
- Combustion & heat transfer
- Control systems
- HVAC & air compression
The role is well-suited for professionals in roles such as:

Territory & Travel
- Primary Area: Coverage of Northwest London
- Occasional Travel into: Central London
- Standard Work Hours: Monday to Friday, daytime
