Field Service Engineer (Refrigeration) - Industrial Bespoke Machinery Manufacturing
Location: Spalding area (field-based and surrounding counties)
OTE: £55,000 (with overtime) Company Van & Company wide Bonus + excellent benefits!

This is your chance to take your skills on the road and step into a varied, field-based role where no two days are the same. Whether you’re a Maintenance Engineer or Refrigeration Engineer, we’ll give you the training and support to build a long-term career as a Field Service Engineer on our bespoke products.

- Service, maintain, and repair refrigeration equipment on customer sites.
- Travel across the East UK (occasional overnight stays).
- Join the call-out rota (1 weekend in 8) with generous overtime rates.
- Solve problems hands-on, directly with customers.
- Keep service records up to date and look after your company van and tools.
What We’re Looking For:
- Background as a Maintenance Engineer, Refrigeration Engineer or Field Service Engineer.
- Worked with refrigeration and ammonia.
- Strong mechanical knowledge – electrical skills a bonus.
- Professional, customer-focused, and flexible to travel.
- Physically capable for a hands-on engineering role.
- Full right to work in the UK.
