π Viessmann UK is expanding its Service Department π
Viessmann UK, a leading provider of innovative heating and cooling solutions and part of Carrier, is continuing to grow its Service Department and recruiting highly skilled Field Service Engineers.
Seeking professional engineers to support increasing demand for high-quality service on residential gas boilers and heat pumps across London and the South East. This is a π home-based role covering the desirable postcodes of: SL, GU, KT, TW, UB, RH, SM and CR. The successful candidates will enjoy a high level of autonomy, starting and finishing each day from home while attending customer properties across a wide geographical area.

Key Responsibilities: π§ Carrying out warranty and chargeable repairs and breakdowns on residential gas boilers and heat pumps β‘ Coordinating problem resolution to minimise downtime for customers π Maintaining accurate records and performance reports π Supporting the sales teams in the development of business across the UK β Delivering best-in-class customer service
Essential Requirements: β ACS Qualified Gas Engineer (CCN1 and CENWAT mandatory) β Proven technical expertise in the heating industry β High attention to detail β Full UK driving licence
