As a Field Specialist - Artificial Lift System, you will be responsible for:
- Performing installation/pulling of AccessESP Retrievable ESP system and associated equipment in offshore and onshore assignments.
- Assisting and managing of ESP equipment in order to maximize well productivity and ESP run life.
- Performing frequent travel on international or domestic on short notice.
- Handling special projects as assigned.
- Conducting business activities in accordance with HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements, and Baker Hughes Core Values.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Technical Degree or equivalent or 5 years of ALS, Completions, or Wireline field experience.
- Be a leader on the rig.
- Overcommunicate with customers and internal Baker team.
- Have ALS, Completions, or Wireline background.
- Have extensive technical experience in running Electrical Submersible Pump or Artificial Lift tools or equipment. Completions background a plus.
- Have analytical skill to route ESP problem during troubleshooting.
- Have valid offshore experience.
- Have ability to use basic computer programs to complete daily paperwork flawlessly.
- Have Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal, and Team Working Skills.
