Role Overview
Job Type: Part-time (weekend role) with occasional weekday pick-up shifts Salary Range: Competitive (Supervisors earn £1/hour extra on top of Care Professional rates) Perks: Paid training, free mileage (30p per mile), bonuses, flexible flat-rate on-call payments for weekend service
Shifts: Fridays 5:00 PM to Mondays 9:00 AM (alternating weekends)
Key Responsibilities
✅ As a Weekend Care Supervisor, you’ll:
- Supervise and support weekend care delivery in local communities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living tasks for clients
- Cover care visits when needed, ensuring seamless continuity
- Update care records via Birdie digital system
- Audit care plans to ensure compliance with CQC standards
- Respond to queries and emergencies 24/7
- Mentor new team members while shadowing experienced staff
- Perform administrative tasks, including client onboarding
- Conduct support visits and Quality Assurance calls
