Field Supervisor
Location: Sizewell B Power Station
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Competitive + Excellent Benefits Package
Shift Pattern: Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:30 | Friday 08:00–14:00

Join Dalkia as a Field Supervisor at Sizewell B, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting the safe and efficient operation of the station.
This is a dynamic, hands-on position overseeing a varied portfolio of works delivered by third-party contractors. No two days are the same. Your expertise, leadership, and attention to detail will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Setting contractors to work and providing clear direction on site
- Supervising a diverse range of civils, construction, and mechanical projects across the station
- Coordinating with external contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and effective delivery
- Ensuring Health & Safety compliance at all times, including reviewing RAMS, undertaking risk assessments, and updating documentation where required
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with subcontractors
- Proactively resolving on-site issues to ensure smooth project delivery
- Providing visible, hands-on supervision of works in progress

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience supervising projects within civils, construction, or mechanical disciplines
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident user of Microsoft Office applications
- A proactive, reliable, and adaptable team player with a strong work ethic
