About the Role
As a Field Support Executive, you will be accountable for providing administrative support to the Field Operations Team, enabling our field staff to deliver an excellent standard of care.
The role will contribute to meeting team priorities and ensure confidentiality and other controls are maintained.

What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like
- Respond to queries and support requests raised by the Field Team through our business systems.
- Provide friendly and efficient support via phone and online chat.
- Manage and prioritise your daily workload to keep things moving smoothly.
- Investigate and resolve queries, working with other teams when needed.
- Arrange hotel bookings and travel for Field Team members while keeping costs on track.
- Assist with rota updates, schedule changes, and general staffing coordination.
- Work alongside the results team to follow up on outstanding Biometrics and ECG results, ensuring everything is completed accurately.
- Communicate with team members to help clinics run efficiently and on time.
- Check and process timesheets and expenses to ensure they are completed correctly.
- Support managers by taking clear and confidential notes during formal meetings.
- Keep your knowledge of company procedures and industry regulations up to date.
- Work as an active member of a supportive and collaborative team.
- Confidently work independently and remotely, using your initiative to keep tasks moving without close supervision.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Embrace and champion the use of AI and emerging technologies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and applying appropriate tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and administrative support functions.
Hours
- Monday - Sunday
- 6am to 10pm (Rotational Shift coverage)
- Hybrid 2 days per week in the Worthing Head Office, plus additional days for training.
- 12-month fixed term contract
- 37.5 hours per week
What You Can Bring To The Team
- Highly organised and able to manage a varied workload autonomously while maintaining high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and service delivery.
- Confident working independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating sound judgement, initiative, resilience, and the ability to prioritise tasks, solve problems, and make informed decisions while recognising when to seek guidance or escalate issues appropriately.
- Strong eye for detail, with the ability to notice the small things/trends/patterns.
- The ability to work in pressurised situations.
- Great listening skills and a proactive nature with the ability to ask the right questions.
- Strong communication with the ability to provide clear and concise feedback.
- Be a natural conversationalist.
- Be able to communicate confidently both over the phone and in person.
- Be responsible by nature, and be able to take accountability for your actions.
- Extensive customer service experience.
- Prior experience using Microsoft Office Applications - Excel in particular, and strong computer literacy.
