Field Support Operations Manager / Partner Operations Manager

Location: United Kingdom (Field-Based with National Travel)

About Foodhub

Foodhub is a global technology business, predominantly serving the hospitality sector. We provide online food ordering solutions, electronic point of sale software & hardware, and digital solutions that help restaurants grow and operate more efficiently. Our USP is to bring down the cost of order processing for business customers through streamlining business operations, which is further supported by our national online food marketplace. We process nearly 70 million orders per annum.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Field Support Operations Manager / Partner Operations Manager to lead and support our UK field operations team.

This is a fully field-based role and not a desk-based position. The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time on the road, visiting sites, supporting operational teams face-to-face, building relationships, and ensuring consistently high operational standards across the UK. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and genuinely enjoys working in a field environment. The role will suit an individual who thrives in fast-paced operational settings and is comfortable travelling extensively as part of their day-to-day responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will also be a strong cultural fit with clients — someone who can build trust quickly, communicate effectively across diverse teams, and bring a positive, collaborative attitude to the role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
