About Fusion My Business
Fusion My Business provides cloud-based POS and business management solutions for hospitality, retail, and service businesses across the UK. We are looking for Field Technical Engineers to install, configure, maintain, and support our software and hardware solutions at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure Fusion My Business POS systems.
- Install receipt printers, kitchen printers, payment terminals, barcode scanners, cash drawers, kiosks, tablets, and networking equipment.
- Configure menus, products, users, tax settings, and payment integrations.
- Deliver on-site customer training.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
- Coordinate with remote support and development teams.
- Maintain accurate installation and service reports.
- Ensure successful customer onboarding and satisfaction.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of field technical support experience.
- Experience with POS systems, Windows, Android, networking, and cloud applications.
- Knowledge of receipt printers, payment terminals, routers, and Wi-Fi configuration.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- Willingness to travel across assigned locations.
