Field Technician
📍 United Kingdom (field-based, with travel to client and team sites)
🏢 Full-time, permanent
About Rhevia
Rhevia is an early-stage UK startup building movement intelligence for complex, real-world environments, fusing radar sensing with AI to turn raw motion into meaning. We're backed by angel investment, have a strong and growing commercial pipeline, and are building a small, high-calibre team that gets to shape both the product and the company from the ground up.
The role
As our Field Technician, you'll be the person who makes our radar deployments happen on the ground. You'll scope sites, install units, run trials, and act as the bridge between what's happening in the field and the engineers building our platform. It's a role with real ownership from day one, and clear scope to grow into broader field deployment and unit management responsibilities as Rhevia scales. This is a role for someone who likes being hands-on, enjoys variety, and wants their work to visibly move the product forward.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
