Overview
MONCLER is looking for a Field Trainer London & Nordics (position based in London).
Reporting to the Omnichannel Training Manager EMEA and being part of the OMNI Training team, your key focus will be the UK & Nordics retail network, developing the retail teams through induction, training, and coaching on the floor, contributing to business growth and meeting the needs of the Area, country, and stores.
Your Impact
TRAINING AND IN-STORE COACHING
- Ensures a consistent On-boarding and Induction for all newcomers, including Managers and office employees.
- Animates and co-animates trainings, workshops, and other programs contributing to the Selling Skills and Client focus.
- Actively facilitates Product Training in collaboration with the Buying team.
- Supports the new Store Openings and projects rollout in collaboration with the Omnichannel team.
- Supports the in-store Clienteling initiatives.
- OMNI services support through training and integration in sales processes.
- On the floor coaching on selling skills. Coaching the Coach with Store Managers and Managers.
- Improves the format of morning briefs – more interactive, more educational.
- Initiates and runs training activities to support business needs.
- Be a role model on the shop floor, supporting the sales when needed.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of leadership experience with proven ability to develop teams – preferably in a Fashion luxury retail or hospitality setting.
- Shop floor experience is a must.
- Experience in Training and Coaching.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong Verbal and Written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint).
- English spoken and written. Other language a plus.
