We are currently mandated by a US Elite Boutique looking to hire at the Associate and VP level into its European FIG M&A team in London as part of continued growth across the platform.
The team is one of the most active FIG franchises in Europe, advising on high-profile M&A, ECM, and strategic transactions across:
- Insurance
- Wealth management
- Banks
- Asset management
The platform has grown significantly in recent years through senior strategic hires and is continuing to invest heavily across the FIG business.

Responsibilities
Supporting execution of complex FIG M&A transactions across Europe Building and reviewing detailed financial models including:
- 3-statement models
- DCF models
- Merger models
- LBO models
- Preparing valuation analysis, marketing materials, and client presentations
- Exposure across insurance, wealth, banks, and broader capital-light FIG sectors
Candidate Requirements
4+ years' experience within Investment Banking / M&A Strong preference for FIG M&A experience from either a bulge bracket or elite boutique platform Excellent technical and financial modelling capability Strong academic background and communication skills European language skills—beneficial Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
