An exciting role opportunity has arisen in our retail team. We are looking for an experienced, talented retail manager to work at our Kilbirnie site.
About The Role
The role will involve:
- Overseeing employees to ensure that company processes and procedures are being adhered to
- Monitoring site sales and stock taking, scrutinising weekly sales, purchases and margins data to identify trends and react accordingly.
- Recruitment of filling station personnel and training
- Managing filling station personnel working time, monitoring cost, workload and holidays
- Monitor site conditions and security requirements, implementing repairs and maintenance both planned and reactive
- Responsibility for action plan to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are up to date.
- Ensuring site security is in place and fit for purpose
- Management of on site contractors undertaking repairs and maintenance works
- Continuous wet and dry stock monitoring
- Ensuring sound record keeping is maintained through BrightHR

About You
- Have extensive retail management experience
- Be able to work on your own initiative
- Be able to build relationships with staff across the business
- Have a passion for driving standards in the store
