About The Role
Based at our Wembley Film & TV facility, the Warehouse Supervisor plays a pivotal hands-on leadership role within Sunbelt Rentals' Film & TV Lighting Division. Working under the direction of the Head of Operations, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring all professional film lighting, and production equipment is prepared, tested, dispatched, received and maintained to the highest operational standards.
Leading a team of Warehouse Technicians and Operatives, you will be responsible for coordinating warehouse operations, inventory management, equipment quality control and customer order fulfilment. Working closely with the Rental Office, Transport and Operations teams, you will ensure equipment is production-ready, deliveries are completed on time, and exceptional service is provided.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills and a sound knowledge of professional film lighting equipment, making it an ideal opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Team Leader or Logistics Supervisor looking to develop their career within the Film & TV industry.

About You
Skills & Experience Required
- Demonstrable experience working within a film or television production equipment environment. (Essential)
- Solid practical knowledge of film lighting equipment and its correct handling, storage and maintenance. (Essential)
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a warehouse or operational environment. (Essential)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. (Essential)
- Working knowledge of inventory management systems. (Essential)
- Valid forklift licence or counterbalance truck certification. (Essential)
- Knowledge of UK Health & Safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations. (Essential)
The role is based in Wembley. Occasional travel to other UK depots may be required. The role may require early starts, late finishes and weekend working in line with production schedules.
