The role
As our Filmmaker, you'll play a key role in bringing ideas to life through exceptional video and photography. Working as part of our growing creative team, you'll create engaging content that captures attention, tells compelling stories and delivers outstanding creative work across social, digital and integrated campaigns.
From concept through to final delivery, you'll take ownership of productions of all sizes, directing shoots, shaping creative ideas and collaborating with designers, copywriters, motion designers, producers and creative leads to deliver work we're proud of.
You'll help evolve our visual storytelling, champion creative excellence and constantly look for new ways to push our work further using emerging techniques, technology and innovation.
What you'll be doing
- Direct and deliver high-quality video and photography content from concept through to final output.
- Lead the creative development of video projects, helping shape ideas and visual storytelling.
- Produce pre-production materials including storyboards, shot lists, mood boards and creative treatments.
- Plan and deliver shoots alongside producers, creatives and production partners.
- Direct talent and crew on set, ensuring the creative vision is achieved.
- Work closely with editors, motion designers and post-production teams to deliver outstanding final content.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, social creatives and wider agency teams throughout the creative process.
- Ensure all content reflects and strengthens brand identity across multiple channels.
- Identify opportunities to introduce new production techniques, creative approaches and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to a collaborative, supportive and ambitious creative culture.

Who we're looking for
We're looking for an experienced creative storyteller who combines strong creative instincts with excellent technical production skills. You'll enjoy working collaboratively, thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and take pride in producing outstanding work from idea to delivery.
You'll bring:
- Significant experience creating commercial, branded or editorial video and photography content.
- A strong understanding of pre-production, production and post-production workflows.
- Experience creating director's treatments, storyboards, shot lists and visual references.
- Professional experience as a self-shooting director and/or photographer, with an excellent understanding of composition, lighting and visual storytelling.
- An impressive portfolio or showreel demonstrating high-quality video and photography work.
- Previous experience working within a creative agency or similarly fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality creative work.
- The ability to manage multiple projects while remaining organised and calm under pressure.
- A proactive, positive approach and a genuine enthusiasm for collaborating with others.
